Gumbersland Barn, Gloucestershire / Barn Conversions

This Grade II listed barn was in an extremely poor state of repair, suffering from years of neglect and near to collapse. Roof timbers and cracked stone walls were carefully repaired and a new, hidden supporting frame was constructed within the existing walls to relieve them of the majority of their load. This barn conversion is a stone's throw from the Offas Dyke footpath and close to the River Wye, the border of England and Wales.
